This photo series is from a recent commission from Refinery29 exploring friendships across generational divides.

Angel, 27 and Graham, 76 have 49 years between them and met studying history of art at university in 2017. They've been best friends ever since, living together during the pandemic and supporting each other's art practice. Having an older queer figure in Angel’s life has been especially meaningful, as they are without parental figures, and now considers Graham their chosen family.
